Our Privacy Policy has been updated for the European General Data Protection Regulation in force as of May 25, 2018 (“GDPR”). 

G-MED is the data controller of the data collected.

We try to make our Privacy Policy easy to understand so that you are informed as to how we use your information. This Privacy Policy, like our Terms and Conditions of Use, is an integral part of using our Service and Site. You must completely agree with our Privacy Policy to use our Site and Service. 

If you are not of legal age or if you are not a licensed physician, do not use our Site and Services.

Identifying Information Submitted by You

Such as first and last name, e-mail address, professional and occupational information, language, location, place of employment, and other information in order to access your online account. 

You may also provide us with information describing your credentials, professional experiences, academic background, biography and such.

Whenever you visit our Site, we may collect non-identifying information from you, such as your IP address, interactions with the Site and Service, referring URL, browser, operating system, usage, data transferred and Internet Service Provider. 


Aggregate Information

We may collect statistical information about how users use our software ("Aggregate Information"). Some of this information may be derived from Personal Information. This statistical information is not Personal Information and we might share it with our business partners. This type of aggregate information enables us and third parties authorized by us to analyze and improve our services.

5.    Accessing, Editing, and Removing Your Information

Once you have submitted information to our Site you may be able to edit your information through your account. If you want your information to be removed from our database or wish to inquire about the data we have collected from you please contact us at global@g-med.com. 

Although some changes may occur immediately, information may still be stored. Additionally, after the deletion of your information, your data may be stored by us for up to 7 years for legal liability purposes.

We take a variety industry-standard measures to enhance the security of our Site and Service. To this end, we use SSL Certificates. However, we make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information. In the event of a data security breach, we will take all required action as required under the law.

It is in our interest to keep our website secure, but we recommend that you use anti-virus software, routine credit checks, firewalls, and other precautions to protect yourself from security and privacy threats.

As we respect your rights under the GDPR, we implementing relevant safeguards according to the GDPR.
